Assessment
At IQRA Bilingual Academy, we’re committed to transforming the learners of today into the leaders of tomorrow.
One of the ways we help all students be successful is by always improving the way we assess and evaluate what students learn. We also want to improve how we report back to you about how your child is doing at school. This guide will help you understand the many different facets of IQRA Bilingual Academy’s assessment policy.
NWEA MAP Testing : English Language Arts, Reading Comprehension and Mathematics
Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) ®, created by Northwest Evaluation is a computer adaptive test, which means every student gets a unique set of test questions based on responses to previous questions. MAP results are provided as a numerical RIT score. This score is used to measure a student’s achievement level at different times of the school year and compute growth.
