The IQRA B.A. Tahfiz program involves meticulous and methodical memorization of the Holy Qur’an. Based on the abilities of its students, the program follows a pedagogical approach to helps its students memorize the Qur’an. It will prepare its students to read and memorize the Qur’an properly, with accurate pronunciation and proper tajweed(
Our Program
The program focuses first on instructing students basic reading skills. As soon as students get an excellent grasp of the reading skills; they are gradually prepared in the memorization and recitation of the Holy Qur’an. Detailed tajweed courses will be offered to students, including the teaching of Ikhfa, Izhar, Idgham, Qalqala etc. Tajweed class will be held twice a week for about an hour. After students complete the Holy Qu’ran, they will be graduated and will read the whole Qur’an from end-to- end under the supervision of qualified teachers.
Age Limit
The age requirement to join the IQRABA tahfiz boarding is that your child must be between the ages of 6 and 15 years old.
