What makes IQRA B.A. different?
Iqraba Daara Academy is a Quranic memorization and academic excellence center in Dakar, Senegal, designed to raise a new generation of Muslims who will not only memorize the words of Allah (SWT) but apply them in their daily lives. We offer both full-time and part-time Tahfiz programs, as well as a blended academic curriculum from Grade 1 (CI) to Grade 8 (4ème).

To instill the love of the Quran in the hearts and minds of young students while providing them with strong academic and spiritual foundations.
Our Programs
1. Full-Time Tahfiz Program
Quran memorization under expert supervision
- Tajweed and Tarteel science
- Mastery of correct letter pronunciation (Makharij)
- Efficient memorization techniques
- Quran revision program (Muraja’ah)
- Post-Hifz courses: Tafseer, Arabic, Qira’at (Warsh, Qalun, Duri, Susi, etc.)
- Weekly performance monitoring and learning goals
2. Part-Time Tahfiz + Academic Program
- Quran memorization in the mornings
- Intensive classes in English, Math, French & Arabic in the afternoons
- Students gain the same competencies as regular IQRABA school students
3. Post-Hifz Program
Special Islamic studies track for students who have completed the Quran
- Includes advanced Tajweed, Tafseer, Arabic grammar and Qira’at
Who Can Enroll?
We accept children aged 6 to 15 in the following categories:
- Beginners with little or no formal schooling
- Students with a prior academic background
- Students who have already memorized the Quran and wish to complement it with academics
Monitoring & Evaluation
Each student is given an individual electronic file to track progress, performance, and goals. Weekly evaluations are conducted, and parents are regularly informed.
